Waltham Forest In the London Borough of Waltham Forest, POhWER work alongside Barnardo's to deliver advocacy services. Barnardo's deliver Independent Advocacy for Children in Care (CIC), and care leavers between the ages of 5-25 years and Children’s and Young People's Independent Visitor Service for Children in Care between the ages of 5-18 years.
