A Vox Pop film derives from the Latin phrase Vox populi and it translates to mean ‘voice of the people’. It refers to filming or capturing the opinions of people recorded talking informally in public places.

The diverse and candid voices of people living in the UK are important to hear, film and understand. POhWER believes film brings people together for an important conversation on what our human rights are, who they are for, and whether they are important or not.
