Brighton and Hove

POhWER provides advocacy for the people of Brighton and Hove as part of the Sussex Advocacy Partnership. We work with Mind in Brighton and Hove, MindOut, Brighton & Hove Speak Out, Sussex Interpreting Services and Impact Advocacy. We deliver a range of statutory and non-statutory advocacy services.

East Sussex

In East Sussex POhWER provides Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Relevant Paid Persons Representative. We also provide Independent Mental Health Advocacy, including Community Mental Health Advocacy, Advocacy under the Care Act, Children’s Advocacy and Independent Community Advocacy.

Surrey

In Surrey POhWER provides Instructed Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Instructed Care Act Advocacy and Instructed Community Advocacy.

West Sussex

POhWER provides advocacy for the people of West Sussex as part of the Sussex Advocacy Partnership. We deliver a range of advocacy services in partnership with Mind in Brighton and Hove, MindOut, Brighton & Hove Speak Out, Sussex Interpreting Services and Impact Advocacy.
