She has worked in the charity sector for nine years in the field of user-led design and co-production. She has developed My Stroke Guide (online support service for stroke survivors and carers) and Parent Talk (digital parenting support service, which has supported over 1 million parents and carers). She is passionate about using data and insight to develop user-centered digital services that positively impact the lives of the user and their families.

Rachael is committed to empowering people, helping to raise their voice and campaigning for better services and support, and to combat social injustice.

Rachael also volunteers for a number of charities and is a mother of two.
