Corinne Mills

Corinne has extensive experience in Human Resources and is currently the People Director at the charity Alzheimer’s Society. She has senior HR leadership experience in all sectors including roles at Marks and Spencer, Ofsted, The London Borough of Brent, The Learning Trust and RNIB. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and has been a lay member of the Employment Tribunal Service for the Ministry of Justice.

Corinne’s experience includes helping achieve lasting change in organisational development, employee relations, employee engagement and organisational transformation, including mergers, launching new operating models, cultural change and HR systems.

She lives with her three children - and huge dog in Hertfordshire. She is a very keen rugby supporter, active volunteer and fundraiser and all-round sports fan.
