Andrew McGrath

Andrew McGrath is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales and has held a number of Senior roles in Finance, Risk and Assurance, Public Sector Commissioning and Transformation. He has a strong commercial background with over 20 years’ experience driving performance, leading organisational change, and improving customer satisfaction through collegiate partnerships and leadership.  He has significant experience in Health Insurance, Aged Care , Property Development and Sales. He has held a number of Board level roles during his career.

Andrew is currently the Finance Director for Richmond Villages, a Bupa Aged Care subsidiary. He was previously the Financial Controller for Bupa UK having qualified at PwC. Andrew has worked overseas in Finance and Change roles for both Procter & Gamble and Michelin.
