Job Information:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, to provide POhWER with comprehensive, in-house recruitment advice and support.  

This is a great time join People Services as we have recently rebranded the team, we have an ambitious People Plan to deliver.  We are looking for an exceptional individual to bring creativity, innovation and enthusiasm. 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with the whole organization to ensure best practice is applied to all recruitment activities.  The role will include drafting recruitment adverts, researching local demographics to assess suitable local advertising forums, placing adverts, conducting sifting of candidates and arranging interviews.  There will be a focus on Equality Diversity and Inclusion enhancing the candidate experience, exploring digitization and social media opportunities.          

We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, applicant tracking or recruitment portals and excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills with the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.  The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of recruitment processes and have worked in a recruitment or talent acquisition role previously.

The successful candidate will have a confident and positive attitude as well as a strong team player with a flexible approach to meet needs of the team/business.  You will have the ability to work confidently and independently with staff at all levels in the organization with a commitment to a high level of confidentiality.
