Once you have ordered an item through the POhWER website, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order will be processed within 72 hours and will then be posted by Royal Mail First Class.

Returns and refunds

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, we can give you a full refund or replace the item, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Here’s how to return an item to us:

  • Email us on [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item, providing details of your order, reasons for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
  • Securely repackage the item, with a copy of your receipt and return to: POhWER, Suite 4, Middlesex House, Meadway Corporate Centre, Stevenage, England, SG1 2EF.
  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Keep the proof of postage.

Once we have received your item, we will either refund the sums paid for the item back to your account within 14 days or send you a replacement order. To send you a refund, we will ask you for your bank details.
