POhWER delivers a range of advocacy services in the City of London.

We offer the following services in the City Of London

Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) and Relevant Person’s Paid Representative (RPPR)
Independent Care Act Advocacy
Independent Health Complaints Advocacy
Community Advocacy is only available to residents over the age of 18 in relation to health and social care services and who have: a mental health problem, a learning difficulty, a physical and/or sensory disability, or is an older person.

How do I get support from an advocate?

To make a referral to the advocacy services in the City of London, you can download the forms below:

Requests for community advocacy should be discussed with the City of London Adult Social Care team, who make the referrals.
