The Virtual Drop-in is an online opportunity to ask a professional advocate questions about issues you might be facing, for example to do with your care and treatment, mental health support or your rights

What is the purpose of a Virtual Drop-in?
The purpose of the Virtual Drop-in is to give support to people who are unable to meet with an advocate face to face or access the relevant information and support.

Who can attend the Virtual Drop-in?
Anyone who is seeking support from an advocate regarding their rights, care and treatment or mental health support.

When is the Virtual Drop-in?
The Virtual Drop-in is a weekly event at 4:00pm on Thursdays.

How do I access the Virtual Drop-in?
You can access the Virtual Drop-in by visiting the EmPOhWER Nottingham Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/empohwer.nottingham. You can interact with the advocate by commenting on the Facebook Live video.

What if the advocate cannot answer a question?
If the advocate cannot answer a question, misses the question, or runs out of time, POhWER will address all unanswered questions in the following Virtual Drop-in. Alternatively, you can message the EmPOhWER Nottingham Facebook page, email [email protected] or phone 0300 020 0093.

In addition, the Facebook live video will be posted on EmPOhWER Nottingham page for the duration of the week.
