POhWER have been operating in Medway since 2014, and over the last year we have supported over 400 clients to gain access to and have their voices heard by mental health service in Medway, people who had given up on getting the help they needed until they received the support of an advocate.

From 01/07/2017 our advocacy services are changing - we will be providing the following services in Medway:

  • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)
  • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)
  • Relevant Persons Paid Representative (RPPR)
  • Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA)
  • Advocacy under the Care Act
