We’re all about promoting equality, challenging unfairness and giving disadvantaged and vulnerable people access to high quality information, advice and advocacy services. POhWER is a registered charity that provides a range of services across England.

About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team of bank first responders, Information, Advice and Advocacy Support Officers working in our dedicated contact centre in Stevenage, providing cover for the Helpline during high demand or staff absence.
