About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administration support to the HR team at POhWER. The successful candidate will support the HR team by ensuring that all contractual changes are logged and letters issued in a timely manner, monitor the HR Inbox and incoming emails, ensure that personnel records are kept up to date and current and make changes as appropriate/needed on the HR database. The HR Administrator will pro-actively work with the HR Team to support on projects as needed, co-ordinate new starters, carry out right to work checks, collect reference requests and ensure that the correct paperwork is received to complete the DBS checking process. The successful candidate will also support recruitment campaigns as directed/needed and monitor leavers and issue appropriate paperwork. We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite and good administrative, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge and experience of working within a HR Team. The successful candidate will have a confident and positive attitude as well as a strong team player with a flexible approach to meet needs of the team/business. You will have the ability to work confidently and independently with staff at all levels in the organization with a commitment to a high level of confidentiality.
