If so, your local POhWER Advocate is here to support you through the NHS Complaints Procedure at the Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre. NHS Complaints Advocacy is free, independent and confidential.

This is a regualr drop in service that we hold and a chance for people to come and speak with us informally to gain more information on how we might be able to support them with issues they are facing.
