About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, Deputy Manager to join our HR Team working in our Head Office based in Stevenage.

About you: The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager in supporting the management of the HR Function, providing first line advice, information and guidance to all levels of the organisation and have direct responsibility in the day to day operation of a busy department. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a HR department and either hold or be working towards CIPD qualification at associate level.

Strong communication and time management skills will be required and you will need to be computer literate.You will be a confident positive team player, able to work and deal with staff at all levels, have a flexible approach and attitude to your role and be comfortable in handling highly sensitive information.
