If you would like to get in contact with us for support in making a health complaint or to get some advice and support, you can do so in the following ways:
Our Help Hub is open from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
If you would like an advocate to support you with a health complaint you can contact us yourself. You can also make a referral for someone else but please get their permission first.
If you would like to refer yourself of someone else please fill out the following form and send it to POhWER at the address or email address above.
