Their community-based efforts to raise awareness, empower people, and effect change constructively is still as relevant today as it was when we were founded in 1996.

Having a say with your local government and public authorities means your input, ideas, and experiences will be considered in investments, future plans, and other decisions in your local area.

If you believe Human Rights are important, then think about how you might organise a community based project with people like you who want to protect Human Rights and our Human Rights Act.

Check out the many wonderful Charities, Not for Profits, and Community Groups to enquire on how you might volunteer or get involved in your local community.
