The meeting was held at the Holiday Inn in Leicester. The aim of POhWER’s attendance was to inform local pharmacies about the statutory NHS complaints advocacy service available in the area. There were about 15 attendees representing independent and large pharmacies in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Overall the presentation was well received and provoked many Q&A’s.
