These sessions will provide carers with knowledge, skills and confidence to be able to advocate for themselves and those they care for. We have two workshops for Adult carers and two specifically for parent carers. The online workshops will be held on Zoom. Workshop schedule: Adult Carer's: What is Advocacy 5th March - 1pm to 3pm Adult Carer's: How to Self-Advocate 12th March - 1pm to 3pm Parent Carer's: What is Advocacy 10th March - 10am to 12 noon Parent Carer's: How to Self-Advocate 19th March - 1pm to 3pm These workshops are free to join and open to everyone.
