Alex Cisneros

Alex Cisneros is a specialist mental capacity and mental health barrister. He acts in complex cases involving exceptionally vulnerable clients and has been recognised as a ‘Leading Junior’ in various industry awards and directories.

Alex has advised several government departments and overseas territories about mental health and mental capacity law. Alex is currently pursuing a part-time PhD exploring changes to the deprivation of liberty safeguards in England and Wales.
