Alex Cisneros

Alex is a specialist mental capacity and mental health barrister. He acts in complex cases involving exceptionally vulnerable clients and has been recognised as 'one to watch’ in various industry awards and directories.
Alex has advised several government departments and overseas territories about mental health and mental capacity law. He also contributes to national and international discussions about developments in this area as an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society.

Alex is currently pursuing a part-time PhD exploring changes to the deprivation of liberty safeguards in England and Wales.
