We offer the following services in Tower Hamlets: Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Relevant Person’s Paid Representative (RPPR), is a service for those people (or Relevant Person) whom have been legally deprived of their liberty under the safeguards (DoLS) set out in Mental Capacity Act 2005, and have no family or friend whom can appropriately act as their representative. The event is a celebration and exploration of mental health and people’s journey to recovery. Interactive day with information stalls, workshops and taster sessions on how creativity, exercise, therapeutic activities, food, music can all contribute to healthy minds. The afternoon has a great mix of things like mindfulness taster sessions, Band for Life (music therapy group) playing, art showcases, basic health checks, therapeutic workshops, food and mood stall and much more!
