The Theme for this year’s events is ‘Finding the Balance’, ie: keeping adults with care and support needs, safe whilst allowing them to feel in control of their lives as far as possible. The GSAB are hosting half-day roadshow events which will offer interactive learning, and will appeal to all individuals working with adults, including carers, in Gloucestershire. The roadshow will include: A Keynote speaker – The challenge of Finding the Balance, Setting the scene – video of an actual survivor, Themed, workshop from ‘Inclusion Gloucester’ Information from POhWER about the types of Advocacy available in Gloucestershire ‘Market Stalls’ – ‘shop around’ our exhibitor stands to learn more.
