How do I get support from a Barnardo's advocate or independent visitor?

To make a referral for support from Barnardo's in Waltham Forest, you can download the forms below:

Independent Visitor Service referral forms need to be completed by the social worker and signed off by the gatekeeper. The referral forms can be sent by email to [email protected]

For advocacy referrals, young people can self-refer. Social workers, IROs, foster carers, placement staff can all refer (with YP’s consent).
