West Midlands Regional Conference

This summer POhWER hosted a conference at Birmingham’s Botanical Gardens that gave the chance, for those in the West Midlands region who assist people with complaints about the NHS, to get together to share experiences, offer examples of best practice and discuss ideas. It turned out to be an incredibly positive and well received event. Here are some of the highlights.
