POhWER ICAS Expands Service from 1st April 2006

POhWER has been contracted by the Department of Health to provide the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) across the East of England, London and the West Midlands from 1 April 2006. This will clearly be a period of significant expansion for POhWER. POhWER Trustees and staff are looking forward to welcoming new staff to the organisation and to providing the service in accordance with the new contract from April.
POhWER staff are leading on these developments through their membership of the project expansion group and the Staff Consultation Group. These groups are meeting regularly to carry out their different roles.
The POhWER Board of Trustees recognise this for the significant achievement it is and are very proud of the quality service model that staff deliver and the organisational commitment to quality that has led to this outcome.
