Life Chances of Disabled People - final report is published by Strategy Unit "Disability" team of the Cabinet Office. The report proposes that, "By 2025, disabled people in Britain should have full opprtununities and choices to improve their quality of life and will be respected and included as equal members of sociey".
An easy-to-read summary is available which is also published in Braille.
