Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS)
ICAS is about National Health Service complaints. 
This might be a complaint about a doctor, or a nurse, or a hospital, or a dentist. 
If you think that you want to complain about any health service you can contact POhWER ICAS and someone will explain what options there are for you.
