Dr. Brown is highly intelligent and has a PhD but, on virtually every admission, she was treated with rudeness and misunderstanding. Our feedback team will work with you to resolve your concerns and focus on outcomes that can be achieved in this process. If you are unhappy with our services and need to make a complaint, we will investigate your concerns fully. All feedback is acknowledged within two working days and the investigating officer will agree a timescale with you to formally respond to your complaint. This is usually within 10 working days. If so, your local POhWER Advocate is here to support you through the NHS Complaints Procedure at the Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre. NHS Complaints Advocacy is free, independent and confidential. This is a regualr drop in service that we hold and a chance for people to come and speak with us informally to gain more information on how we might be able to support them with issues they are facing.
